The 2012 Adelaide Masters is looking to be one of the best Singles Championship events held in South Australia with a large interest being shown by interstate bowlers and state bowlers. The Championship will be held over the Easter Weekend and with the current Champion Adelaide BC greenkeeper Scott Thulborn in red hot form Scott will go in as the torunament favourite and the one everyone will be looking to beat. Scott holds the current state titles in Open singles, men State Singles, State Pairs and the State Triples which has not been acheived before and will certainly be the one to watch in this years event.

The 64 spots available for this years event will certainly fill very quickly with a lot of interest already shown from interstate bolwers so early in the year. The format will again be played in qualifying sections of four on the Good Friday and Easter Saturday with the top 32 going through to the knockout stage on Easter Sunday. The top eight will then proceed to the last days play on Easter Monday with the final played after lunch.
